Here’s brand new TV coverage on progress of the clinical trial that we are conducting which is co-funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
Last week NeuRA researchers in Australia hosted a TV crew from the "Today Tonight". They asked them to put the prototype Sensoria socks with haptic feedback components on a volunteer with Parkinson's (off medication). They were a bit worried as they intended this to be part of a rehabilitation program that takes several weeks, not an on/off effect for TV. However, it immediately transformed her gait, everyone clapped and the participant was overjoyed.
